Recipe suggestion
Teriyaki and Sesame Stir Fry
1. In a wok or large frying pan, heat a tbsp oil over a high heat, add 200g cashew nuts, 100g edamame beans, 100g broccoli florets, a sliced red pepper and 4 sliced spring onions, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
2. Pour over sachet of Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce, stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
3. Add a splash of soy, as required.
Serve with cooked rice and garnish with spring onions. Alternatively add 200g thinly sliced beef steak (or tofu), stir fry over a high heat for 3 minutes, until the meat is almost cooked before adding the vegetables.
