Recipe suggestion:
Salmon Fillets with Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
3 tbsps. Teriyaki Sauce
1cm piece fresh root Ginger, peeled and grated
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 Salmon fillets with skin
Cooked rice to serve
Method:
1. Pre-heat grill.
2. Place the salmon fillets in a bowl, coat with the Teriyaki Sauce, garlic and ginger. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Brush the grill with oil, place the salmon fillets skin side down on the grill.
4. Grill for 20 minutes, brush the salmon with extra Teriyaki.
Sauce every few minutes until cooked through. Remove from grill and serve with cooked rice.
