- Always remember to remove your last tampon
- Always check to ensure the withdrawal cord is intact before insertion
- These tampons are made from either cotton, rayon or a mixture of cotton/rayon absorbent fibres.

Do not flush wrapper. Please wrap tampon securely and dispose of with normal household waste.
