Product is not suitable to oven heat from frozen.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 6 minutes (900w), 7 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Stir half way through heating and re-cover. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir and serve.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Stir half way through heating and re-cover. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Defrost thoroughly before heating
