Air Fry - From Chilled. Air fry - Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Place chicken goujons into the air-fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes. Shake the goujons halfway through cooking.

Heat on full power for 1 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 30 seconds.
Stir and serve as a dipping sauce alongside the cooked chicken pieces.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and film lid from foil tray. Remove the sachet of sauce. To heat the sauce in the oven, pour the contents of the sauce sachet into an ovenproof dish and cover.
Place the foil tray with chicken on a baking tray alongside the sauce. Heat in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir the sauce well and serve.
