Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for oven heating from frozen.

During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 5 min, 800w 5 min 30 sec
Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir well and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 10 min, 800w 11 min
