Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Packaging is not suitable for oven heating. If oven heating from frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir well and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 10 min, 800w 11 min

Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil, stir well and serve.
