Place the pudding in a saucepan with enough boiling water to come halfway up the pudding basin. Bring water back to the boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not let the pan boil dry. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Invert the pudding basin onto a serving plate, squeeze the basin gently to release the pudding.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Heat on full power for 35 seconds (800w) or 30 seconds (900w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Invert the pudding basin onto a serving plate, squeeze the basin gently to release the pudding.
