Recipe suggestion
Sweet and Sour Stir Fry
1. In a wok or large frying pan, heat a tbsp oil over a high heat, add 200g diced chicken (or tofu) and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until almost cooked and lightly browned.
2. Add a sliced red pepper, and a diced onion, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour over sachet of Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce, add a sliced Pak Choi and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve with cooked rice.
