Sweet Chilli and Garlic Stir Fry
1. In a wok or large frying pan, heat a tbsp oil over a high heat, add 150g prawns (or tofu) and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink.
2. Add a sliced red pepper, 125g sliced baby corn, 4 sliced spring onions, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour over sachet of Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve with cooked rice and garnish with spring onions.
