Pre-heat oven to temperature indicated. Remove sleeve, film lid and leave product in the tray. Remove sachet and place to one side. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 10 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid and pour the glaze gently over the joint. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes, remove string before carving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2 hour 10 min
