Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. Shake pouch thoroughly before opening. These instructions are given as a guide. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the contents of the pouch into an oven proof dish or foil tray. Cover the dish or foil tray with a lid or foil and place into the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven and remove the foil or lid. Carefully return into the oven for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour contents of the pouch into a bowl or plate.
