Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 8 min 30 sec, 800w 9 min
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power. Halfway through heating, peel back film lid and stir thoroughly. Re-cover and continue to heat on full power for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir thoroughly before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 4 min 30 sec, 800w 5 min
