Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled. Minimum 4L, 1400w - full pack. Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place the fillets in a basket and spread evenly in a single layer and place in the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate utensils and surfaces for raw meat/fish or wash after use. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
