Flex the pack to loosen wraps before opening. Remove all packaging and gently warm the whole pack by microwaving on full power.; Stir Fry - From Ambient. 7-10 min
For best results stir fry: Dice 500g of chicken breast, 2 peppers and 1 onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and stir fry well for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned. Add the vegetables and continue to heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked through. Add the seasoning and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
