Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove outer packaging. Place the gammon joint in a large pan of cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 25 minutes per 500g.
Remove from the pan and transfer immediately to a roasting tray.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place in the centre of the oven pre-heated to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 6 for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes.
