Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil and any juices. Return to the oven uncovered for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes. Open the sachet of sauce and drizzle over the lamb before serving.
