Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Keep sauce and crumb sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the pouch onto a foil covered oven tray and then place the pork ribs with the meaty side facing up and bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove ribs from the oven and carefully turn them over and baste with the cooking juices and cook for another 10 minutes on their backs, turn the ribs back over onto their meaty side and discard the cooking juices from the tray. Snip off the corner of the sauce and pour over the ribs ensuring you spread it evenly and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Then to serve, snip off the corner of the chilli crumb sachet and sprinkle over the ribs to finish. Apply accordingly, extra crumb means extra heat!
