When removing foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place fish on to a piece of lightly oiled foil. Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Season as required and serve.; Poach - From Defrost. 10-12 mins
Place fillets into a pan. Add water or milk to just cover fillets. Bring the pan to the boil. Reduce to a simmer, gently cook. Do not boil or let the pan boil dry.
