Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place the pesto sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil and stir gently. Return to the oven for the further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 2 minutes. Open the pesto sachet and drizzle over the beef before serving.
