Guillaume Gonnet is the 3rd generation owner and winemaker of his family's Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate.He went on to establish Guillaume Gonnet Vigneron with his Australian wife, Kelly, in 2013, which is the realisation of their dream to explore the potential of Southern Rhône grape varieties in the varying terroir of the region.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a prestigious wine appellation in the southern Rhône Valley of France. Benefiting from a warm Mediterranean climate, the region is renowned for its sun-drenched vineyards and distinctive galets roulés (large rounded stones). The vines are very old and average 50 to 90 years old and planted on a South East facing vineyard. All grapes are hand harvested.
