Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen.
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 9 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 10 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
