Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Not suitable for microwave cooking or cooking from frozen.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Ideal for masting. Oven cook: Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove packaging. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 mins, reduce heat to 180°C for remainder of cooking time. Cooking times (including 20 mins @ 200°C):
Rare 20 mins per 500g plus 20 mins.
Medium 25 mins per 500g plus 25 mins.
Well Done 30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins.
Once cooked remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 mins.
