Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. 1. To prepare a serving of porridge stir 40g (approximately half a cup) of oat flakes with 270ml (approximately 1 and a half cups) of cold water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add salt or sugar to taste if required.
4. For a creamier porridge use milk, or half milk/half water.
5. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750w/ Cat D 5 Minutes 850w/ Cat E 4 Minutes
