Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 7, 22-25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place fish on to a piece of lightly oiled foil. Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap. Place on a baking tray and cook the centre of the oven. Season as required and serve.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. For best results pan fry from defrost

Pre-heat a little oil in a pan. Place portion in the pan and fry on a medium heat, turning half way through cooking.
Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Season as required and serve.
