Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen. Cooking appliances vary.
These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Warning
The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. When removing film during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir rice and curry separately and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Peel back film lid, stir the rice and sauce separately and re-cover. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
