The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. When removing film during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w, 7 min 30 sec, 800w, 8 min
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove film lid, stir well and re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
