Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary.

Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing the film lid during and after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w).
Halfway through heating, peel back film lid and stir thoroughly. Re-cover and continue to heat on full power for the remaining time.
Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir thoroughly before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 8 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 9 minutes (800w).
