Leave on a plate-baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir both compartments and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir both compartments and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 4 minutes (900w), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.
