Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from chilled

When removing the film lid during and after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir both compartments and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 5 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 6 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir both compartments and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 45-50 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 25-30 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments before serving.
