Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen

Warning
When removing film lid during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900W, 8 min 30 sec, 800W, 9 min
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir both sides separately and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir both sides separately and re-cover. Return to oven and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Stir and serve.
