Ingredients:
1 sachet Sausage Casserole Mix (40g), 300ml of cold water, 450g sausages, 2 medium sized onions, sliced, 1 red or green pepper, sliced, 115g mushrooms, sliced.

How to prepare
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Fry/Oven - Fry the sausages and the onion in a saucepan. Place the sausages and onions into an ovenproof dish. Slice the pepper and the mushrooms and mix with the sausages. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Stir the contents of the sachet in the water and pour over the sausages and vegetables. Cover, place in the oven and cook for approximately 1 hour.
