Chicken Satay
Ingredients:
350g Chicken Breast, cut into bite sized chunks
1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Freshly ground Black Pepper
Satay dipping sauce
Fresh Coriander
Lime
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the oil, honey, soy sauce and black pepper.
2. Add the chicken to the bowl, mix well to coat the chicken in the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
3. Thread the chicken onto skewers and brush with the remaining marinade.
4. Cook in the oven at 200℃ for 10-12 minutes.
5. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with the satay dipping sauce and wedges of lime.
