Pierce film in several places and place the container onto a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (Cat E/900w, Cat E/800w). Peel back film lid and turn the chicken over and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 15 seconds (Cat E/900w), 2 minutes 45 seconds (Cat E/800w). Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
