Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places.
Place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 22 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve. Peel back film on the potato compartment and place potatoes on a baking tray. Peel back film and replace lightly over the beef and vegetables compartments. Place the container on the baking tray next to the potatoes and place in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
