Morrisons Red Thai Cooking Sauce

Morrisons Red Thai style curry sauce is a medium-heat sauce that will help you make an aromatic and tasty Thai-style meal.
We pack loads of flavour into this curry sauce by using coconut, red pepper, and onion. We also add exotic lemongrass, dried red chilli, garlic and coriander root to make this an intensely flavoured sauce.
Why not add chicken to your Morrisons Red Thai style curry sauce for that Thai-style meal? Simply fry strips of chicken in garlic, then add your sauce and simmer. So easy, but so effective. You can always add your own vegetables too - red peppers make a perfect choice, or maybe thin strips of spring onion.

Serves 2. Lightly fry 280g diced chicken breast in 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the contents of the jar to the pan and simmer gently over a low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Served immediately.
