Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a non metallic plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes (800w)
Partially peel back film, stir thoroughly and re-cover. Continue to heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w).
Allow to stand for 2 minutes and stir thoroughly prior to serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800w).

Allow to stand for 2 minutes and stir thoroughly prior to serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes.
