Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove all packaging. Cut into quarters and remove the middle stalk, cut into desired thickness. Wash thoroughly before use.; Hob - From Chilled. Place in a pan with sufficient water to cover, add lid. Bring to boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes, serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place 200g cabbage into a suitable non-metallic dish with 45ml of water, and cover. Cook on full power (Cat D/750W) for 6-7 minutes, serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Chilled. Place in a steamer over boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes, serve and enjoy.
