Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Deep fry for 2 minutes 30 seconds -3 minutes until crisp and golden. Drain well.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat oil in a deep frying pan. Remove required amount from packaging. Place whitebait into 15g of flour and fully coat, shake off excess flour by using a sieve. Fry on a medium to high heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds - 3 minutes until crisp and golden. Drain well.
