Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. 25 min
Pre-heat grill to high heat. Place the chops on the grill pan, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 14 min
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat pan over a high heat before adding 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil. Add meat to the pan. Fry the chops for 7 minutes each side turning frequently until fully cooked. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
