Barbecue - From Chilled. Follow the above instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary.

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place the belly slices on a lined roasting tray and place in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes covered in foil. After 20 minutes, remove foil and turn slices over. Continue cooking for a further 20 minutes.
