Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. Empty contents of sachet into a saucepan.
Gradually stir in 300ml of cold semi skimmed milk.
Gently bring to the boil over a moderate heat, stirring continuously.
Simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.; Microwave - From Ambient. 900w 4 min, 800w 5 min
Empty contents of sachet into a wide, microwavable 1 litre jug or container.
Measure out 280ml of cold semi-skimmed milk.
Pour a little (40ml) into the container and blend into a smooth cream.
Stir in remaining milk.
Heat on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir then heat for the remaining time, stirring every 30 seconds until the sauce has thickened.
