Heat very gently for 3 minutes 30 seconds stirring frequently.; Microwave - From Chilled. Open pouch and pour into a microwavable bowl and cover loosely. Place in the microwave and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Stir halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
