2. Heat for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.; Microwave - From Ambient. Empty contents into a non-metallic bowl. Cover and microwave on full power for 4 minutes (Cat E/850w), 4 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Stir halfway through heating. Leave to stand for 1 minute and stir well before serving.
