Place beetroot in a pan with sufficient water to cover, add lid, bring to the boil then simmer for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Ambient. Place contents into a non-metallic bowl. Add 45ml of water, cover and cook on full power for 1 1/2 minutes (Cat D/800W), stir, cook for a further 1 1/2 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.
