How to serve
Serves 5. For delicious crunchy coatings, pour some breadcrumbs onto a shallow dish. Dip your meat, fish or vegetables into beaten egg then roll in the breadcrumbs coating evenly. Oven bake or fry in your usual way. For a crunchy topping simply scatter a sprinkle over pasta bakes or your favourite dishes then grill or oven bake.
