Spread half the tortilla chips over a large plate/ microwaveable dish and cover them evenly with 1 sachet of salsa. Spread the rest of the chips over the tomato salsa making a second layer and cover with the 2nd tomato salsa. Sprinkle 75g grated cheese over the top. Place the dish in a microwave and cook on full power until the cheese has melted.; Oven cook - From Ambient. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 10 min
