Use 2 noodle nests per person for a main meal.; Hob - From Ambient. 6 min
Place the noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave them to soak. Stir frequently to separate noodles. Drain and refresh by running under cold water.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Place the noodles in boiling water.
Remove from heat and leave them to soak for 5 minutes. Stir frequently to separate noodles. Drain and add the noodles to stir fry and heat for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
