The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and remove film lid.
Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 8 minutes (850w), 10 minutes (750w).
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
