How to take
For oral use after dissolving the contents of the sachet in a standard mug of hot, but not boiling water (250ml). Allow to cool to a drinkable temperature.

Dosage
Adults, the elderly and children 16 years and over: One sachet to be taken every four to six hours as required. Leave at least 4 to 6 hours between doses. Do not take more than 4 sachets (4 doses) in any 24 hour period.
